Welcome to
PROTOTYPE GRAPHICS was born in Kirkland Washington a little over 10 years ago. The idea behind its conception was to artistically use the media of CUT VINYL GRAPHICS in the production of signs and vehicle advertising. The true art in sign making is to go beyond simply applying letters and numbers onto a surface. When I look at a project I always ask myself "If I could not understand the words could I still perceive the image the client wants to project?" If I am successful the result will be that your clients will discern that image of you before they have even read your name.
That same philosophy of producing an image in the minds of people without having to read a message also carries over into the next aim of Prototype Graphics, that being ILLUMINATED SIGN DESIGN. Until recently this has been part of a full time position with a local electric sign company. Now, with the wealth of experience that 30 years in the business has given me I feel that I can, through this medium, offer this knowledge to a much wider audience. Finally, my latest service: 4S: SEATTLE SIGN SURVEY SERVICES. Put my accumulated knowledge of 30 years in the sign industry to work for you in consulting, surveying and permitting of all types of signage.
